SMART Recovery is a support group that emphasizes self-empowerment and a four point program to address all types of risky behaviors, including substance use disorders.
1. Building and maintaining motivation

3. Managing thoughts, feelings and behaviors
4. Living a balanced life
Groups meet: Group will not meet December 24 or 31st.
